Contracts renew monthly. You can cancel at any time. Renewal is automatic after 30 days.
04. When is the First Payment due?
First payment is due upon signing a contract. Subsequent payments are made every 30 days.
05. How do I Renew/Cancel?
As long as you let us know you'd like to cancel before the renewal date you won't be charged for the next month.
06. What counts toward "Rapid-Deploy" Hours?
Meetings, discovery, analysis, development, and testing all count towards "Rapid-Deploy" hours.
