At eMerge we have helped NetSuite users with PDF issues before. Now we have developed a NetSuite consolidated invoicing bundle to help NetSuite users make life easier for their customers and partners and are giving it away for free!
Benefits of Invoice Consolidation in NetSuite
Sending multiple invoices to the same customer can be inefficient and a hassle for your customers. Some customers might not want just a statement of their account and they might not want multiple invoices. That is why we have created a simple solution that allows NetSuite users to create consolidated invoices fast, easy, and best of all, for free.
Not having NetSuite consolidated invoicing is a problem that can create inefficiencies for everyone who buys from you on a regular basis. Considering these are your regular customers, why bog them down with excess paperwork and processing costs? Now you do not have to. We’ve laid out an example of the solution below and there is a form at the bottom of the demo where you can sign up to receive the solution in the form of a NetSuite bundle.
NetSuite Consolidated Invoicing – How it works
We used our scripting talents to create a Suitelet inside of NetSuite. This Suitelet automatically populates with invoices that are currently open and unconsolidated.
Simply look up the invoice you need by a custom invoice #, To/From date, or by customer, then check the box to add it to a “consolidated invoice.”
Set up the PDF how you normally would otherwise and click print..

..here is a sample invoice with multiple lines contained on a single PDF.
We’ve packaged this solution into a NetSuite bundle and it is available for download now. You can check out a demo video of the bundle being set up and used below.
